I.- The applicant/s give/s authorisathion to EUROMORTGAGE CENTRE SL to arrange the most suitable mortgage on behalf the undersigned, based of the information that he/she/they give/s, and he/she/they is/are responsible for ensuring the information provided is accurate.
II-The mortgage arrangement fee will be €1000+ 16% of VAT= €1160 in total.
a)This amount will be payable to the following bank account :

The applicant/s will send a proof of payment by fax ( 0034.96571.6873) or email ( info@euromortgagecentre.co.uk).
b) This fee will be payable in TWO parts/moments:
1st) €580 on "Motgage offer in principle" and if the applicant wishes to proceed with it ( subject to documentacion and valuation).
- If EUROMORTGAGE CETRE SL is unable to find a suitable mortgage; this amount ( €580) will be refunded to the applicant(Money back guarantee)
- If the applicant or the vendor retires from the sale; the administration fee (€580) will be not refunded; and
2nd) €580 on acceptance of formal offer from the bank.
Our outstanding fee will be payable regardless of completion of the property, mortgage or remortgage.
III.- a) All final offers will be subject to the property valuation( the client will pay the valuation fee)
b) The NIE NUMBER to complete the purchase and the mortgage is obligatory .
c) Variable interest rates are subject to change at discretion of the lenders.
d) the valuation cannot take place until the nota simple is supplied.
